FAULTY NEON SIGNS

  1. Within 7 days of receiving your order – send pictures/videos of the faulty sign, along with your name and order number, to [email protected] or to our WhatsApp +355696087640
  2. After review, we will make sure to contact you within 24 hours
  3. If eligible, we will remake your sign for free right away! Your new sign will then be shipped to you in a few days! (We are also able to propose partial refunds depending on the damage).
  • Unfortunately, any custom neon sign that has been ordered is marked as final and cannot be returned without proof of damage.
  • If you have any questions or concerns with a product on our site, please send us an email at [email protected] before committing to buying.

 

NEON SIGNS FROM OUR PRE-MADE COLLECTIONS

  • If you decide to return these¬†custom LED signs¬†due to change of mind and it is undamaged, please ensure that you send it back in the original packaging with all accessories
  • Once we receive your package and approve it, we will immediately process your refund.
  • Please be aware that this policy is not applicable for customised neon signs (e.g. logos, personal text, business signs)

 

REFUNDS 

  • Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We’ll care about being as fair as possible.¬†
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a full or partial refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment
  • For change of mind returns, refunds are issued with a deduction of the original cost of $45 as well as 10% of the original price as transaction fees.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.

 

CANCELLATION 

  • You can cancel your order within 24hrs after having placed it.
  • After mockup confirmation the order can not be cancelled anymore.
  • For Pre-made signs the cancellation before the item is being shipped is possible, a 5% fee of the original price will be held to cover the transaction fees.
